Pheasant Ridge has a re-list on 7208 Rosecliff Ct. This is a beautiful home but still priced too high. Danbury Park has the best buy of the week on 1418 Groth Cir. This is an attached home listed at $449k but this is one of my favorite models in this subdivision. Large open floor plan with very high ceilings makes you forget it is only a 2 bedroom.
