The location of this neighborhoodis extremely convenient for a quick access to either 580 or 680. That can save time if you are a commuter by avoiding driving through the city of Pleasanton and hitting every light. There are many fine restaurants, shopping and you are extremely close to the Stoneridge Mall. You can actually walk there but then you wouldn’t want to walk back with all your new purchases. It is located within a 5 minute drive to the Bart station. Val Vista is a great neighborhood that has a lot to offer and would be a wonderful place to live.
