Describing what the Downtown Livermore Area is like to someone that has never been there before can be described in one word “Charming”.  Driving these streets of the Downtown Livermore Area make people wanting more, wanting the street never to end.

Most of these homes are within a short walk to Downtown Livermore.  Attending city events or just wanting a great meal you are just a short walk to anything.  This is a lifestyle that is desirable by many as you will clearly understand once you visit the Downtown Livermore Area.  The schools that most children will attend living in this neighborhood would be Sunset Elementary, East Ave Middle School, and Livermore High School.

There are two parks in the Downtown Livermore Area, Carnegie Park and Bothwell Recreation Center.  Carnegie Park is a 1.3 acres park that has picnic tables and restrooms.  Carnegie is also were the farmers market is held.  Bothwell Recreation Center is a 2 acres park that has sports fields, tot play area, and restrooms.  Once you visit the actual downtown part of Livermore you will definitely want to live in the Downtown Livermore Area.
