Livermore Celebrates Lunar New Year at the Bankhead Theater 🎊
Celebrate the Year of the Rat with dancing, food, crafts and demonstrations beginning at 11 am. This FREE family event will take place at the Bankhead Theater in Livermore.
Highlights of the celebration include a dramatic lion dance and martial arts display by KungFu Dragon USA as well as an opera performance and fashion show.

Race through Livermore’s Wine Country during Race to the Pole on Sunday, January 26, 2020 🍇 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♂️
Enjoy scenic views of Livermore’s wine country and get some exercise in this 1 mile, 5k or 10k race. The race begins at Independence Park and is organized by the “Livermore Granada Boosters, a local organization that has been celebrating the excellence of scholar athletes in Livermore since 1949.”
All racers receive a coveted medal, racing shirt, and post-race refreshments. Bib pick up is between 6:45-8:15 Independence Park, 2798 Holmes Street Livermore.
