Put Another Dime In’ High School Cabaret
This jukebox musical will have you dancing in your seats while Pleasanton high school students perform popular rock, soul, jazz and pop songs Friday night from 7:30 to 9:30 at Firehouse Arts Center.
“Jukebox musicals are where musical theaters meet your favorite musical genres – rock, soul, jazz, pop – and bring them to life in a new way you’ve never seen before,” Jeff Zavattero, acting recreation supervisor at the Firehouse Arts Center, said. “Songs you know and love are given new meaning and emotion when attached to characters and a story.”

Livermore-Amador Valley Garden Club Plant Sale
Rain or shine, the Livermore-Amador Valley Garden Club is hosting its annual Plant and Garage Sale this Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14, from 9 am to 2 pm at 795 Newberry St., Livermore. This event promises garden lovers to choose from “hundreds of reasonably priced plants, plant related items and gently used home and garden treasures.” Proceeds from the sale of the Livermore-Amador Valley Garden Club support the local community.
Wine and Wags at Vasco Road Fundraiser
Sip wine from 9 different wineries while supporting six animal rescues this Sunday from 12:30 – 4:30 at Wine and Wags at Vasco.
The event features wine tasting, dog adoptions, food, animal themed shopping treasures, music, doggie treats, and a belly run station! Consider adding a dog to your family. The shelters are so full and so many pets are looking for their forever homes.
