Thanksgiving is next week, and The Gamache Team would like to give thanks to our loyal clients. We feel very blessed and honored to have so many of you trust us with your real estate buying and selling needs.
Over the last two years, we have seen a huge boom in the Tri-Valley real estate market. We have enjoyed working with sellers and buyers who wanted to upsize to enjoy a bigger home with more work space and a dedicated work out room; families who found themselves desiring a larger yard for more outdoor space; and empty nesters who found their fledglings coming back home.
We’ve also, sadly, had to say good-bye to some clients who wanted to relocate and start a new journey in their lives. To these sellers, we offer our sincerest thanks and wish them the best wherever they have happily landed.

The Gamache Team has been a big fan of the Tri-Valley for several generations. We have seen the Tri-Valley grow from a sleepy farmland to an urban oasis. At the heart of the Tri-Valley the core values of family, vineyards, location, and reputation remain some of the very reasons the Gamache family continues to live, work, play, and recreate here.
We hope that during this time of year, you and your family find time to enjoy some of what makes the Tri-Valley so unique. Whether it’s a walk or picnic at some of our amazing Dublin parks to biking along the Pleasanton Ridge to shopping at the great boutique stores in Livermore, the Tri-Valley has something for everyone.
