Dublin California is a lovely community that will offer a very comfortable lifestyle. Dublin has seen a lot of growth since the late 1990’s by nearly doubling its size. Everything West of Dougherty Rd. is basically the original Dublin. The original Dublin is a quiet and comfortable location. The Westside hills of Dublin have some stunning homes with views of the Valley. Primarily the original Dublin consists of about ten subdivisions. These locations still have a lot to offer. Great schools, quick access to freeways and good shopping are all right at your fingertips.
In the late 1990’s Dublin started its growth heading East and it still is going. Many new subdivisions have been developed with some of the top home building companies. Toll Brothers, Shea Homes, Standard Pacific, K&B Homes and Brookfield Homes are just a few that have designed and constructed subdivisions in Dublin CA. Hacienda Crossings was built anchoring some of the biggest tenants. Best Buy, Any Mountain, Barnes and Noble, and Old Navy are just a few retail stores in Hacienda Crossings. There is also a large IMAX movie theatre that has all the new releases. The Waterford shopping center was built on Tassajara Rd that has Safeway, Peet’s Coffee, Baja Fresh and a lot of other stores. The BART station is also accessible from Dublin with a lot more parking the Pleasanton. With all this new development also came new parks and schools. Dublin now has several new schools to offer the best education. Also large corporations came to Dublin including Sybase, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, and Kaiser Permanente.
