21 Pleasanton Realtors added listings this week and there are few good ones! 4025 Jackie Ct is a good size home in Val Vista. This is a good value based on the size although it could use some upgrading. “Christmas Tree Lane” has a new listing at 4062 Walnut Dr. Rarely available is this darling home just one block from downtown Pleasanton. Priced a little on the high side but everything near downtown is. Ponderosa has a beautiful new home on the market at 7831 Paseo Santa Cruz. This home is good size and priced well. Pheasant Ridge has a re-list on 7208 Rosecliff Ct. This is a beautiful home but still priced too high. Danbury Park has the best buy of the week on 1418 Groth Cir. This is an attached home listed at $449k but this is one of my favorite models in this subdivision. Large open floor plan with very high ceilings makes you forget it is only a 2 bedroom. This week Livermore has some nice new properties coming on the market. 23 Livermore realtors have new listings and a couple of the top ones are, 603 Summertree Dr, 437 Knottingham Cir, and 2326 Victoria Ct. Summertree Dr is in Murrieta Meadows which is a great neighborhood that is peaceful and has close proximity to everything. 437 Knotthingham Cir is a Portola Glen beauty! Portola GLen is a lovely neighborhood with large homes on large lots. Victoria Ct is a beautiful custom in South Livermore. This home has it all, great size, large lot, pool, and a great South Livermore location. Livermore real estate inventory has continued to decline which is a good thing! New homes of the week!  This week Pleasanton had 13 new homes come on the market.  1077 Kollon St is a nice home in Amador Estates, that had some very nice upgrades.  716 Saint John Cir had a 50k price reduction and it is down to $738k which is a great price for that Downtown home.  Pleasanton Valley had a new listing at 2528 Sandlering Dr. which is a beautifully remodeled Miramar model.  This is listed at $895,000.
