Livermore Home Sales are Up

Great news for Livermore real estate. The number of Livermore homes for sale is up 11% from last year, according to David Stark, Chief Public Affairs and Communications Officer for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). 

Livermore home prices are up 6% from last year at this time, and the number of homes sold is also up 6%.
