With Q2 just wrapping up, the South Livermore Real Estate Market is showing gains in home sale prices. The median sales price is $1,953,727, up 15.8% since March 2023.
As can be expected this time of year, the number of South Livermore home sales has also increased to 22 or 88.33% in 90 days. This is an increase from 12 homes in the previous 90 days. Currently, there are six South Livermore homes pending and five active.
