If you are thinking about buying a home in Pleasanton than do some research first. We are not in a market where you can offer 10% below list price, unless you heard that from the seller. Let me know if you have any additional questions? Dan Gamache 925.918.0332

Looking for something fun to do this weekend?
Downtown Pleasanton is having their annual Antiques and Collectibles Faire! This Sunday Oct 9, 2011 the streets of downtown Pleasanton will be closed for this great event. If you are into vintage, retro, decorations, pottery, books, and collectibles then this is where you want to be.
There will be over 400 dealers flooding the streets of Pleasanton. I am sure there will be a few food and drink vendors as well! Parking will be scarce so plan to walk a little bit. I always seem to find parking between First St and Main St along the little creek area. You can access this location from Neal, Angela or even Abbie. That area used to be a railroad track but now it is a nice and convenient place to park.
Have Fun!
